Why is this position open?
This is a growth position. Our game studios growing and adding new features.
With the move to games as a service, additional growth is required to manage and sustain our offerings. We need to keep our service updated and interesting.
Describe the current team this person will join, including the reporting structure.
You will report to Rajeev Nagpal’s team, and be working with a studio that has its own Lead Product Manager.
The position is collaborative as you will be working between UI, Product Management, QA, Art, and Engineering to be the glue when it comes to the updated content and features.
What percentage of the candidate's time will be spent on existing products/business, versus items that are new?
You will be working primarily on new content for existing games over the first few months. As you get more familiar, there is likely an opportunity to move into brand new projects.
You will also be responsible for introducing new ideas for content to be added each week.

How are you positioned within the industry and what are your growth plans?
We are one of the top ten companies in the mobile social gaming space. We will be expanding studios and adding new games and features to existing games in order to grow the company.
We've received $18 Million in Series A Funding from Andreessen Horowitz.
What is your business model?
Our business model is to develop new freemium games and generate revenue within the game through leveling up and other design features. We also will be collaborating and partnering with other developers to distribute their games with revenue share.
