A former software developer himself, the team has grown one A-player at a time and we’re keeping small but mighty.
We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer w/UX Mindset:

Why is this position open?
We need to add to our engineering staff for quick delivery features to our users.
We just released our first Alpha prototype, and are releasing updates quickly to our users.
We have a small team, we are getting good feedback from the users, and they want the next set of features.

Shawn Carolan is the CEO of the company and sets the product direction.
Jonathan McCoy is the Director of Engineering.On the engineering team have a Kanban methodology that came out of Toyota for iterative development.
What percentage of the candidate's time will be spent on existing products/business, versus items that are new?
You can expect to pick up tickets and do things that are new right off the bat.

Our product is in an arena where there are many big companies; and there are also small companies that have failed.
We are not worried about that as much as we see it as an opportunity.

We have a clear path that we have validated with our users.
